Hi Steve - just a note to say thank you for yesterday and the weeks prior when you looked after my mum. The service and event was exactly as I envisaged and I really appreciated the thought you put into the wild flowers decorating her willow coffin, and the bookmark which was a lovely surprise. Everyone I have spoken to that attended the funeral said that this is the way the end of a life should be marked, so that is a real compliment. I also know from conversations with my mum when she was alive that it was exactly what she wanted.

The unexpected and sudden death of my brother left me so bereaved that at times I didn't want to deal with arranging his funeral but with the support and guidance and at times patience from Steve and his team I got there, the care and kindness shown to my brother and myself was more than I could've hoped for and Steve went above and beyond my expectations and therefore I would highly recommend his services.

Please accept my sincere thanks for the professional service provided by yourself and your colleagues following my mother's recent passing and funeral.
It was very reassuring to have your support, guidance and signposting throughout what was a very difficult period of time for myself and my family, from mum's passing
until the actual burial. Your availability, manner, and funeral facilities were all first rate and mum was treated with dignity and respect throughout.
On the day of the funeral your colleagues, vehicles and support were all first class. The broadcasting of the funeral service for those unable to attend in person was well received. At a time of grief and sadness for myself and my family you helped relieve and shoulder a significant amount of the emotional upset.
We thank you for all you did and the manner in which you achieved this.

I just want to say that Steven and his team has been a huge blessing, I am so happy that I found them to conduct my mum's ceremony. Steven was the main contact and he has been incredibly respectful, understanding and empathetic throughout our first ever journey of dealing with loss. I wanted a woodland burial and that is what we got; a beautiful location that mum deserved. We had several criteria and all were met with a "no problem" answer. I want to say "thank you so much" once again and I highly recommend Cycle of Life if you want a natural alternative for your loved ones.
During and after the service, Steven had a catch up with us, this just shows how dependable and genuine he is as an individual.

Just wanted to say thanks Steve for carrying out my fathers funeral wishes.
He wanted a simple direct cremation without any fuss or bother as that was
the type of person he was in life. He also thought it was silly to spend a lot
on a funeral so we were pleased that it was inexpensive.
Thank you for returning his ashes to us. We intend to scatter them in
the countryside where he and mum used to go walking when they retired.

What can I say Steve - you did Alan proud. From start to finish you showed empathy and compassion to us as a family,
listened to what we wanted and did everything we asked. The Celebration of Life Service you conducted was Alan
to a T, and really reflected his personality and lifestyle. We gained a lot of comfort from celebrating his life rather
than being sad and gloomy. Many thanks from all of us.

This is a most sincere thank you for everything that you have done for us. As a family we were undecided about the type of funeral we should have for dad. You were able to give us different options to consider, including a woodland burial. We knew that dad loved the countryside and being oudoors,so we decided on a woodland burial for him. It helped that the sun shone on the day of the funeral when we laid dad to rest in a beautiful setting. The Celebration Of Life Service you conducted summed dad up to a Tee - his personality especially. He would have been so proud to hear the tributes read out loud and we really did celebrate his life. We will recommend your services to anyone who wants a professional and caring service. Thank you.
